Luis Enrique, Cuernavaca, Mexico

 

 Luis Enrique is from Mexico and he is 9 years old. He is the younger brother of Andrea. He has uncles who live in Chicago, in the United States. He is tall, dark-haired, friendly and very sporty. When he grows up, he would like to be professional athlete. He loves to swim and to play soccer every day.

At home, Luis likes to watch cartoons when he doesn't have to help his parents. But, he has to sweep the garden, clean his room, make the bed and set the table. When he doesn’t watch TV and has no chores to do, he has to study - usually about 30 minutes a day.

Luis Enrique spends the weekend with his family and sometimes plays with his friends. On his birthday, he celebrates with his family. They have a cake, food and gifts! The date of his birthday is May 16th.

His school is “Josefa Ortíz de Domínguez” and he is in the 4th grade. He goes to school in his parents' car. His favorite teacher is Karina; she teaches English. Luis Enrique likes Computers as a class because he is interested in working on the computer. The subject that he doesn't like at all is Geography because he finds it boring.

What bothers Luis Enrique the most is to hear his brother crying. The food that he likes the least is the vegetable soup. He is afraid of ghosts. He likes the scent of vanilla and he likes to drink apple or mango juice. If he could be someone else, he would like to be Harry Potter!
